He turned our 60+ year old beach house, which had not seen significate updates since it was built, into a gorgeous place for vacation living by the beach. From the very start Luke was easy to communicate with and would always respond in a timely manner if we reached out to him. He also kept the project going and on time. Luke provided us with a work schedule to let us know what was going to be happening at the house each week which made it easy to set expectation for us. When discussing ideas for each space he made suggestions on what he thought would work well in the space. This allowed us to think more outside the box and see the potential of what could be done. His workers and subcontractors were always on time and got to work right away. They worked above and beyond to get the job done every day. The attention to detail on every level was the priority for Luke and his team and they did a suburb job. If something was not done to our liking, (solid laundry room door) Luke was quick to make changes to our satisfaction, (exchanging for a glass door). He did a photo catalog of work in process. Taking photos to remember how piping and electrical was laid out in the walls was essential. For example, knowing how things are laid out in the walls after the dry wall went up was helpful when we needed to add an outlet or if an outlet was not working. We referred to the photos to help resolve the problem. Over all, Luke and his team were fun to work with. They went above and beyond at the job and made our shabby beach home into a beautiful place for our family to enjoy.
