Our team was brought in to revitalize a dated multi-unit apartment complex with a focus on improving tenant comfort, boosting energy efficiency, and increasing long-term property value. The scope of work included complete kitchen and bathroom makeovers in each unit, updated fixtures and finishes, and exterior upgrades that gave the entire complex a fresh, modern look. We also implemented key energy improvements—from better insulation to more efficient lighting and appliances—helping the owner reduce operating costs and attract long-term tenants. Each unit received a full bathroom upgrade designed for both durability and modern appeal. We installed new tile surrounds in the showers for a clean, updated look that's also easy to maintain. Sleek new vanities with cabinet storage replaced outdated pedestal sinks, offering more functionality for tenants without sacrificing style.
To complete the transformation, we added water-resistant laminate flooring for long-lasting performance and easy cleanup. New energy-efficient light fixtures brightened the space while keeping utility costs in check.
